We stand behind our products and are strong believers in customer satisfaction and service, so with all returns we allow where you can return unwanted goods back to us in their original condition. We also accept returns for faulty goods 2 days from the date of receipt too. - Securely package item(s) in original packaging, including documentation, manuals, warranty information, registration, etc. if given in the package.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- Refunds are made to the original method of payment used for your order usually within 15 business days of receipt of returned package in original condition.
- We will strictly not accept the returned package if it is not in the original condition & package. Likewise, we will not transfer the refund for the same (Please refer to our Order Amendment or Cancellation section)
- We never accept any exchange requests for our products.
- Additional fees will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories, and/or manuals (i.e. Any product not in “sellable” condition).
- Excludes edible or bespoke items.
We accept amendments or cancellations, only till the item is not dispatched.We're sorry to advise that in most circumstances it is not possible to make changes to or cancel your order once it is placed. This includes making changes to delivery addresses. We advise all of our customers to place the order/s only if they are sure for the products that they order. Our warehouse work very quickly to pick and pack your orders and we have multiple mail collections each day, so you benefit from the quick delivery our customers tell us they love. It's likely that by the time you contact us, your order will already have been dispatched.
Delivery PolicyWe aim to dispatch as rapidly as possible. We normally dispatch within 10-15 working days. If for some reason your parcel doesn't arrive within the expected delivery time period, please contact us
Bexter will consider the order delivery “failed” in the following cases
- Delivery not done due to wrong address.
- Recipient not available.
- Premises locked.
- In case of floods/ heavy rains/ national holiday we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.
- In case the product is not delivered due to any of the above reasons, we will inform you about the same.
- All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on the web store.
- Failure to report any issues on the day of delivery will lead to no-refund & no-exchange scenario.
